You can find a new range of writing possibilities for yourself by learning to write from more points of view. Most of us know the difference between first person and third person, but actually there are several different kinds of first person and more of third. And what about the second person? By the time this workshop is over, you will be on speaking (and writing) terms with phrases like "stream-of-consciousness," "omniscient narration," "multiple points-of-view," "reader-centered narrative," and "no-point-of-view narrative." Class discussion of student writing will form a supportive context for your ongoing development. You can write to Patricia Eakins at eakins@fabulara.com for more information, or to submit your manuscript sample (as a .txt attachment, please).
